OrgaControl play kiosk with HPL surface (High Pressure Laminate)
All interactive edutainment playgrounds like Magic Wall, MyKidsCorner and Magic Tower come with a special high-quality melamine-coated surface which is, among other things, heat-resistant, scratch-proof, water-proof and UV resistant. The digital print design has a melamine laminate up to 1 mm thick which protects the surfaces from external influences and ensures durability. Play stations with an HPL surface keep their original design without fading even after many years. Unlike painted or screen printed surfaces, the laminated surfaces are protected against friction wear thus preventing the design from being damaged. HPL is also used for kitchen worktops.
The surface is easy to care for and clean, heat, saliva and light-resistant as well as being neutral in odour and resistant to both alcohol and organic solvents and the effects of steam and spray. The ideal surface for areas used by children!
In addition, the HPL surfaces offer the ideal opportunity to design the housing according to your individual ideas and designs and thus to adapt to suit your own corporate identity or integrate the units perfectly into an existing environment or environment to be created. The digital printing process enables almost all images to be applied to the unit without limitations on colour.
